To help to augment human intelligence, AIBrain is building a range of products including AI robots such as Tyche, AI robot for kids and Athena as the most affordable AI robot at home and work, conversational AI assistants, and Futurable as a Future simulation AI game to benefit people and society.

We are looking for a product manager with a brilliant mind to discover, define, and prove most successful AI products, but in particular including skills of product marketing and sales to lead to a successful product launch. To fulfill the mission, the ideal candidate must have passion and perseverance, fast learning, open-minded, intellectual humility, best practice mindset and disciplines, responsibility, in addition to graduate-level education and proven experiences in AI and robotics.

This position is a combination of Product Management, Implementation, Strategy, Analysis, Competitive Research, Marketing, and Partnership. You will work directly with other Executives, Sr. Project Managers, Engineers, and other members of the Product Management team to develop and implement recommendations to meet the team’s strategic objectives in internationally collaborative environments.

In order to be successful, you will need experience managing products and projects, ranging from concepts in ideation to platform features already in production. You will also need a highly-developed capacity to work with and influence diverse functional areas, both within the Sales team and within other lines of business, Risk/Compliance, and technology groups.

Main Responsibilities

– Lead project teams in the execution of product definition and delivery. Work closely with project teams to proactively identify innovative options and solutions to the business and customer needs/problems.

– Partner on developing scope and requirements and ensuring solutions are compliant with regulatory and standards.

– Contribute to project implementation plans and status reports, assist with the development of test planning and lead User Acceptance Testing.

– Develop appropriate strategies to assure that product group initiated projects are implemented optimally and with the greatest sales impact.

– Help lead the Sales teams & programs. You will help in optimizing the current strategies to increase sales and leads.

– Manage strategic planning and execution of quality assurance, customer experience, usability test, and product delivery

– Manage strategic planning and execution of customer support and customer experience improvement

Opportunity/Competitive Analysis

– Participate in the development of ideas for identifying new functionality based on customer analysis, competitive benchmarking and product group’s needs.

– Recommend creative solutions to implement new product features and improve usage of existing functionality.

– Continually mine internal customer data to uncover findings and develop customer intelligence.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

– 5+ years product management or sales of AI products (product content, tools and web form) experience

– 5+ years Product strategy experience with focus on selling AI products

– BA/BS Degree

– Proven excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

– Demonstrated superior relationship management skills and customer-oriented focus is critical.

– Demonstrated experience in a business role where a partnership with a number of stakeholders was involved.

– Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing both strategic and tactical deliverables.

– Strong team player.

– Demonstrated creative thinking coupled with well-defined analytical and inference skills, hierarchical analysis, and clear articulation of the analytical result

– Demonstrated innovative approaches to challenging situations with continuous improvements

– Comfortable with established product management and strategic frameworks.

– Comfortable with international collaboration and flexibility in having meetings with other team members globally

– Strong work ethics to get the job done, determination for the excellence, self-motivated, and full dedication to the success of the company

– Proven record of successful executions in time management, people management, resource management, risk management, and expectation management

– Strong willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Skills

– Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills

– The ability to effectively optimize sales and risk/loss mitigation.

– Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning technology industry

– Experience in robotic system products and solutions
